Cake Mix Bar Cookies

There is just something exciting about these cookies!  I think my favorite part is that they are easy and they have chocolate in them to boot.

Cake Mix Bar Cookies

 1 box yellow cake mix

1 egg

1/2 cup oil

1/4 cup water

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1. Mix cake mix, egg, oil, and water until smooth. 
2. Stir in chocolate chips.
3. Bake in greased 9 by 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
4. Cool and cut into squares.
5. Enjoy!
